We are working with a lovely inclusive, CofE London community school, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception EYFS Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our youngest students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students in the class
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment that supports the development of social, emotional, and academic skills
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/carers and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver the EYFS curriculum
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events
- Actively participate in school improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent – ECTs welcome to apply.
- Experience teaching in the EYFS phase, preferably in a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and colleagues
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
- Eligibility to work in the UK
