I have a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and grow your business and career as an Education Recruitment Consultant working within our most successful office. This is a warm desk with potential to grow.
Great recruiters need a proactive and confident approach to picking up the phone and meeting clients face to face. Going above and beyond for your schools and candidates is key to your success, so we are looking for someone who really cares about the service they provide.
Duties include:
- Business Development to new and existing schools
- Promoting candidates to schools and nurseries for supply and Long-Term bookings
- Creating and maintaining new and existing relationships
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
