Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Birmingham Solihull
Rate of Pay: £500 – £575 per week (depending on experience)

As our School Administrator, you will be the key link between staff, students, parents, and visitors.
You’ll oversee the daily running of the school office, ensuring that all administrative and operational tasks are handled efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety, and can balance welcoming front-desk duties with accurate, detail-focused back-office work.
Regular local travel may occasionally be required, so a full driving licence is essential.

**Role Requirements**
- Previous experience in a school administration role.
- Full, valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and welcoming manner.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, plus the ability to learn school information systems.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and safeguarding policies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and visitors
