Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS)
Connex Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school based in Sandwell from September 2025. This full-time role involves teaching General Science to Key Stages 3 and 4 and will run for at least one term, with the possibility of extension.
About the Role:

Teach engaging and inclusive KS3 & KS4 General Science lessons

Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum

Support the academic progress and wellbeing of all students

Work collaboratively with a strong and supportive science department
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education

Effective classroom management and communication skills

Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
