Term-Time only – 8.30 am – 3.30 pm (Monday – Friday)
Pay £80 – £90 per day
Connex Education are working with a secondary school based in Redcar who are looking for an experienced Science Technician to commence ASAP for the full academic year with the potential to lead to a permanent role at the school .
Ensuring all scientific equipment is prepared and set up safely for practical experiments
- Maintaining equipment and apparatus
- Carry out risk assessment of practical equipment
- Carrying out risk assessment of each Science Classroom
- Support the Science Teachers and help with any practical experiments when required
All applicants must have experience within a School setting as a Science Technician, or this role would be perfect for a Science Teacher who would like to take a step back from teaching and would prefer a support role.
