Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons within your subject specialism across secondary key stages.
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and achievement.
• Adapt teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of all students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support development.
• Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and school leaders.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behaviour management expectations.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.

Person Specification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and currently completing or recently completed your ECT training.
• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people to achieve their full potential.
• Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
• A willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new teaching experiences.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
