About the role
Connex Education is working with secondary schools across Swansea and Carmarthenshire to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants. In this role, you will support class teachers with behaviour management, provide additional instruction, and assist with classroom activities. You’ll work closely with pupils to reinforce learning, offer one-on-one support, and help maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Assignment details
As a secondary teaching assistant, you will be working across KS3 and KS4. You will support teachers in the classroom by assisting with pupil behaviour management, delivering extra instruction, and supporting various classroom activities. You will collaborate with pupils to reinforce learning, offer personalised support, and assist in preparing materials.

- Aged 21 and over
- Degree qualification
- DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
- EWC registered
