About the role
Connex Education is working in partnership with a number of secondary schools in the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot area to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants. In these roles, you will support class teachers with behaviour management, provide additional instruction, and assist with a variety of classroom activities. You should be confident working closely with pupils to reinforce learning, deliver one-to-one support where needed, and contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment across different school settings.

Assignment details
- Work across Key Stages 3 and 4 as a Secondary Teaching Assistant
- Support teachers in managing pupil behaviour within the classroom
- Deliver additional instruction to support student understanding
- Assist with a variety of classroom activities and day-to-day tasks
- Collaborate with pupils to reinforce learning and key concepts
- Provide personalised one-to-one or small group support when needed
- Help prepare learning materials and resources for lessons

- Degree qualification
- DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
- EWC registered
