Working as a SEN teacher you will gain invaluable experience and see first-hand what is expected when working in a class plus, you will have the chance to develop your behaviour management skills, with excellent support from the schools and Connex Education.
This role is a permanent role and looking for immediate pending clearance.
Within this role, the school are looking for someone who is comfortable to be around and who is empathetic and able to support this student across all of their lessons in school. It is important that you have a keen understand of SEND and experience working with students with special educational needs would be highly desired.

As a successful applicant , you will require:
.Hold QTS, PGCE in relevant subject
·Hold a DBS or be willing to apply for a DBS
·Relevant experience working with learning difficulties
·Enthusiastic and ability to adapt to difficult situations
·Calm, resilient and able to communicate well with young people
·Confident in your behaviour management skills
.Good Sense of humour
.Good understanding of PBS
.Have experience teaching the curriculum.
