SEND Teacher Hartlepool Up to £760 per week
About the Role: This is a full-time SEND Teacher position starting September 2025, working with pupils who have learning difficulties and SEMH needs. The role runs Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm, with competitive pay up to £760 weekly (£152 daily).
About the School/Organisation: The organisation focuses on personalised learning for vulnerable students, including looked-after children, with a tailored curriculum approach. You’d be supporting both academic development and social-emotional growth in pupils functioning below age expectations, helping them become respectful community members.
Assignment Details: The position involves supporting vulnerable looked-after children through personalised learning approaches. You’ll need comfort and experience working with young people with varied special educational needs, particularly SEND/SEMH, using individualised teaching methods for students with diverse learning challenges.

As a successful SEND Teacher with Connex Education Partnership, you will possess:
- QTS qualification
- SEN experience
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Calm, resilient communication with young people
- Current DBS or willingness to apply
- Proof of UK work eligibility
- Willingness to travel between schools if needed
