About the role
Connex Education is partnering with a SEND school in Cardiff to recruit an experienced SEND Teacher. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils who have a range of learning needs such as ALN and SEMH. You will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons, supporting individual pupil needs, and ensuring an inclusive, positive learning environment.

Assignment details
Your role will include plan and deliver effective lessons based on pupils’ individual needs and abilities. Provide one to one and group support, monitor and assess pupil progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed. More importantly maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
