**About the role**
Are you a dynamic and passionate SEND Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a committed professional with proven experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to join a supportive and forward-thinking team.
We are looking for a full-time SEND Qualified Teacher with a strong background in working with pupils with a range of complex needs including: Autism, ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs and EHCPs. You must be flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to adapting your teaching to support the development and progress of all learners.Collaboration is essential, working closely with SENCOs, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best support for each student.

**Role Requirements**
- Qualified Teacher status (QTS)
- Proven experience supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, PMLD and challenging behaviours.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
