About the role

While previous experience within a specialist setting is beneficial, we also welcome applications from teachers with a strong background in mainstream education who are passionate about inclusive teaching and adapting learning to meet diverse needs. These positions offer a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and young people across the region.

About the school

Our partner schools across the Vale are committed to empowering ambitious learners and fostering a love of lifelong learning. With nurturing, inclusive environments that prioritise both wellbeing and confidence, these schools support pupils with a wide range of needs, including ADHD, ASD, PMLD, and SEMH. While the role of a SEND professional can be challenging, it offers exceptional job satisfaction and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people every single day.
