Rate of pay: £415- £425
Location: Marston Green
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are working with a KS1-KS4 SEN school in Marston Green, who are looking for fulltime teaching assistants.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs, helping them to develop both academically and personally in a nurturing environment. You will work closely with teachers, and other support staff to provide tailored support that enables our students to thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or adults with SEN (this could be in a school, care, or support work setting)
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to making a positive impact in an SEN setting
