The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of additional needs including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
You will work both 1:1 and in small groups, supporting learning, behaviour strategies, and emotional development.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
• Assisting with differentiated learning activities
• Building trusting and consistent relationships
• Promoting a safe and structured learning environment
