Join Our Team as a Specialist Home Tutor
Connex Education Partnership is looking for passionate and dedicated Specialist Home Tutors to work one-on-one with students in their homes, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
This is a rewarding opportunity for skilled educators who are committed to making a real difference — whether you’re supporting students with special educational needs (SEN), preparing them for exams, or providing alternative education provision.

Role Requirements:

QTS, QTLS, or equivalent qualification

Previous experience supporting students with SEN (desirable)

A calm, resilient approach and ability to remain composed under pressure

High standards as a practitioner, with a commitment to delivering quality education

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one)

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored, engaging sessions based on the individual needs of each learner

Supporting academic, emotional, and behavioural development

Building positive, supportive relationships with students and families

Liaising with parents, carers, and other professionals where necessary

Ensuring safeguarding practices are followed at all times
