About the role
Connex Education are seeking an experienced sports coach to join our team at a challenging secondary school. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and focused learning ensuring the smooth running of P.E classes and clubs. This role will be working across KS3.
Assignment Details
This role will start as soon as possible and will last until the end of the academic year.

Person Specification
- Previous experience working in a challenging secondary school environment is advantageous.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Level 2 diploma in sport or equivalent.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or prepared to apply for a new one.
- An outstanding practitioner with high expectations.
