Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range.
- Follow school planning and curriculum requirements to support pupil progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and school staff.
- Adapt confidently to different schools, year groups, and classroom routines.
- Assess and respond to pupils’ learning needs where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professional conduct.
- Support pupils to achieve their full potential.

Job Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s learning.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Flexible, reliable, and confident adapting to different school environments.
- Commitment to equality, inclusion, and diversity.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
