About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range.

- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
- Support pupils’ learning and development throughout the school day.
- Follow school policies and maintain high standards of safeguarding and professionalism.

Person Specification
We’re looking for Primary Teachers who have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with pupils within the primary phase.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting children to achieve their potential.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different school environments.
- A commitment to equality, inclusion and diversity.
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
