About the role
Connex Education is working with welcoming and supportive primary schools across Derby who are looking for Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. You will support pupils with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, or social and emotional challenges, helping them access learning and build confidence in the classroom. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and looking for flexible, rewarding work supporting children with special educational needs.

Assignment details
This role will commence after the October half term, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Person specification
• UK experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs in a school or similar setting
• Willingness to provide personal care where required
• Confident working with challenging behaviour
• Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
