Supply Teacher (KS1 & KS2) – Handsworth, Birmingham
Daily Rate: £140 – £195 (dependent on experience)
A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Handsworth, Birmingham is seeking a flexible and confident Supply Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable educator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and behaviour across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2
- Follow school planning where provided, ensuring continuity of learning
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Adapt quickly to different year groups and classroom settings
- Uphold the school’s behaviour policy with consistency and confidence
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
