About the role
Connex Education is working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Derby who are looking for Supply Teaching Assistants to join their teams. You will support pupils in their day-to-day learning, assist the class teacher with planned activities, and help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and working with children across different year groups.

Assignment details
This role will commence after the October half term, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Person specification

Have recent UK-based experience supporting pupils in a primary school or similar setting

Be confident assisting in classroom activities and pupil engagement

Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
