About the role
Connex Education is working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Burton upon Trent and nearby areas who are looking for Supply Teaching Assistants to join their teams. You will assist class teachers with planned activities, support pupils during lessons, and help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy flexible work and want to make a real difference in children’s education across a variety of school settings.

Assignment details
This role will commence after the October half term, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Person specification

Have recent UK-based experience supporting pupils in a primary school or similar setting

Be confident providing support in groups or one-to-one

Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
