About the role
Connex Education is working with friendly and supportive primary schools across Long Eaton and surrounding areas who are looking for Supply Teaching Assistants to join their teams. You will assist teachers in delivering planned activities, support pupils with their learning, and help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and working with children across different primary year groups.

Assignment details
This role will commence after the October half term, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Person specification

Have recent UK-based experience supporting pupils in a primary school or similar setting

Be confident providing classroom support and assisting pupils with learning tasks

Demonstrate patience, flexibility, and effective communication skills

Hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
