About the role
Connex Education are working in partnership with a wide range of primary schools across Derby and are recruiting Teaching Assistants for flexible supply roles across Key Stage 1 and 2.
These positions are perfect for individuals looking for full-time or part-time work, and who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. Whether you’re new to education or already have experience (or a Level 2/3 qualification), we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll provide essential classroom support, work with children in small groups or individually, and contribute to a safe, engaging learning environment.
Assignment details
Roles available immediately, continuing throughout the summer term with longer-term potential for the right people.

Person Specification
• A friendly, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in education
• Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English
• Relevant classroom experience or a Level 2/3 TA qualification (preferred)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
