Connex Education Partnership is working alongside a large secondary school in Middlesbrough the school are looking for a Teacher of Science to start from January. This is a long term placement for the full academic year with the potential for this to lead to permanent work if wanted . The school is a large popular school based in Middlesbrough who have a supportive SLT team . The role can be either as a full classroom teacher with planning and preperation or as a supply teacher with work prepared .

Start date: January 2024
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

As a successful teacher you will possess:
– QTS or equivalent, and have recent experience in teaching and/or tutoring
– Good knowledge of the national curriculum
– Be able to explain key concepts fluently and accurately
– Be prepared to work at short notice or pre-booked wherever possible
– The ability to work to the school’s scheme of work and provide constructive and effective feedback
– Good time management
