Role: Year 5 Teaching Assistant (part-time)
Location: Southport
Salary: £250-£275 per week.
Working Days: Monday-Friday (8.30am-1pm)
Connex Education is working in partnership with an excellent primary school in Southport who are seeking an enthusiastic and caring teaching assistant to work on a part-time basis with a child in Year 5.

About the role:
The school are looking for a calm and compassionate teaching assistant to support a child on a 1:1 basis in Year 5. Experience supporting children with SEN, in particular ASD and ADHD, is essential for this role.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable.
- Experience supporting children with SEN is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to different learning needs.
- It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
