Connex Education is working with a Primary School in the Bootle area who are recruiting for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to work full- time from September 2025.
About the School
A supportive two form entry school are seeking a KS2 Teaching Assistant to support all classes across Y4/Y5. All staff at the school aim to provide pupils with a nurturing and engaging learning environment. They are looking for TA who is hardworking, resilient and who wants to make a difference to pupils education by supporting them. The role will entail general, small group and 1:1 work.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable, however those with relevant, in school experience, will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to different learning.
- Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
- Experience working with pupils with SEN desirable.
- It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
