Connex Education is working with a Primary School on the Wirral who are recruiting for a F2 Teaching Assistant to work full- time from September 2025.
About the School
A supportive two form entry school are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support in Foundation 2. All staff at the school aim to provide pupils with a nurturing and engaging learning environment. They are looking for TA who is hardworking, resilient and who wants to make a difference to pupils education by supporting them.
Assignment Details
This varied role will include working across the classroom, supporting small groups, and providing one-to-one assistance to children with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) where needed.

Person Specification
- Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable, however those with relevant school experience, will be considered.
- GCSEs or equivalent Level 2 in Maths and English.
- Have experience of supporting pupils in a school or similar setting.
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Good working knowledge of the primary curriculum, especially EYFS curriculum.
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one.
