Role: Teaching Assistant
Rate of pay: £425 – £475 – Dependant on experience
Location: Birmingham, Quinton
**About the role**
Connex Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting classroom learning, working closely with teachers to help students thrive both academically and personally. You will assist with group and individual activities, encourage positive behaviour, and help create a safe and inclusive learning space. As a valued member of the team, your support will contribute to each student’s progress and confidence, making a genuine impact on their educational journey.

**Role Requirements**
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
- Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
