Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Rate of pay: £425 – £475 Per Week – Dependant on experience
Location: Birmingham – B75
**About the role**
Connex Education is seeking a Proactive Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a Supportive local school in B75. You will support the Year 4 class teacher in preparing and delivering high quality lessons while monitoring pupils’ Progress. You will work closely with individual pupils and small groups who need extra support, keeping them engaged and inspired. You will promote a positive and inclusive classroom allowing all children to feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential regardless of their background or ability.

**Role Requirements**
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
- Previous experience working in Educational is desirable.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
