Secondary Teaching Assistant – Immediate / Easter Start | West London
£95 – £110 per day (PAYE)
A well-organised secondary school in West London is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3 and KS4. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience in a supportive, structured environment.
The Role:
- Support students in lessons across a range of subjects
- Work 1:1 and in small groups, including SEN support
- Help manage behaviour and keep students engaged
- Assist teachers with classroom organisation and learning activities
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with young people (school, coaching, youth work or similar)
- Patient, reliable, and able to build rapport quickly
- Strong communication and a proactive attitude
- Graduates and aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply
