Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

Connex Education Recruitment are looking for a talented and nurturing Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school team in South Warrington. The school is looking for someone who can lead the class with the support from an experienced EYFS team, previous experience will be required, they also offer wrap around care, in which case you will need to be available to work additional hours on a rota both before and after school, this will be paid in addition to your normal working hours. School hours are 8.30- 3.30pm, wrap around care 7am-8am, and after school 3.30-5.30pm

The Role
This is a long-term position within an Early Years setting where you will support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for nursery and reception-aged children.
Requirements:
Qualified: You must hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (to meet ratio requirements).
Experienced: At least 2 years of experience working in primary schools, nurseries, or specifically with nursery-age children.
SEN Skills: Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is a distinct advantage.
