About the Role
Connex Education Leicester works in partnership with Primary Schools across Leicester City and Leicestershire, including Leicester, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, and surrounding areas, providing reliable day-to-day supply cover.
We are now recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for the September term, offering flexible day-to-day opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work within primary schools while supporting pupils’ learning and development in the new academic year.
You may be supporting whole-class learning, working with small groups, or providing 1:1 support depending on the needs of the school.

Person Specification

Experience working within a primary school setting
-
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

Adaptable, reliable, and professional

A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply
