I am working with a SEND School in Crewe, who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is Monday – Friday, 8.30 – 3.30pm and is due to start towards the end of January and last the full academic year.
The school cater for children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). The provide support for each student, the staff at this school work together providing the best possible care and education for all students.
In successful in your application, you will be required to provide support to both students and staff, as well as creating relationships with family members. You will be expected to work with staff to provide bespoke learning plans and development pathways, striving for personal growth within students. You will be dedicated to improving student’s lives for the better, helping them achieve goals – whether this be social, physical or academic. There will be occassions where you will bne required to provide intimate care. It is essential that you have experience working with Autism in either a residential or educational setting. Any supporting qualifications you may have will be taken into consideration when reviewing your application.
