Teaching Assistant (Afternoons)
A vibrant and welcoming school in the Erdington area are recruiting a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join their team, working term time 12-3pm (5 days).
This is a long-term position initially until the end of the summer term, but with potential to continue into the next academic year.
The role is to provide interventions for small groups using specific learning schemes including Direct Phonics, Plus 1 Maths and the Power of 2 Maths.
It is essential that the successful candidate feels confident leading small group teaching sessions, with an adaptable, patient and flexible approach to ensure that students make good progress.
