We’re working with a Primary School in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, dedicated to creating a welcoming and caring learning environment. We’re looking for a passionate Primary School Teaching Assistant to join the team.
As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you’ll help their teachers and students in their learning journey. You’ll assist in the classroom, making sure it’s a positive and engaging place for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help teachers with lessons and classroom organization.
- Support students individually when they need help.
- Work with other staff to prepare teaching materials.
- Keep the classroom safe and respectful.
- Assist students with SEN.
- Build good relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Promote our school’s values.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with children, especially in schools, is a plus.
- Good communication and people skills are essential.
- Patience and a real love for teaching.
- Ability to work well with others in a team.
- You should understand child safety and care about students’ well-being.
