About the role
Connex Education are working with a large mainstream primary school based in Middlesbrough who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work full time within the schools KS2 area, mainly in Y5/6 classes.
About the school
This primary school has a creative and enthusiastic community and as a Teaching Assistant there, you will be supported by a welcoming team of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff and you will be responsible for assisting the teachers and supporting the pupils in KS2.
Assignment Details
This role is Monday – Friday 8:30am-3:30pm and will commence ASAP until 19th July 2024.

Person Specification
- Teaching Assistant Qualification or Degree
- Have experience of supporting pupils in a primary environment
- Be confident working with small groups
- Good Knowledge of Additional Needs and KS1/KS2 Curriculum
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one with Connex
