About the Role
Connex Education is partnering with a range of primary schools across Chaddesden and the wider DE21 area who are looking for dependable Supply Teaching Assistants to provide flexible support on a day-to-day and short-term basis.
In this role, you will support pupils with their learning, work either one-to-one or in small groups, and assist the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
This opportunity suits aspiring teachers, graduates, or experienced Teaching Assistants who are looking for flexible, local work with regular opportunities.

Assignment Details
Opportunities are available immediately, with both full-time and part-time work to fit around your availability.
You can expect a mix of day-to-day cover as well as short-term and longer-term placements, depending on your preferences and the needs of the schools.

Person Specification
• Recent UK-based experience supporting pupils in a primary school or similar setting
• Comfortable working with pupils on a one-to-one or small-group basis
• Strong communication skills with a patient and flexible approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
