Primary Teaching Assistant (TA) in Camden

Are you passionate about working with young learners and making a positive impact on their education journey? Connex Education Partnership is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Primary Teaching Assistants in Camden, starting from September 2023. As a TA with us, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of primary school students and contributing to their growth and development.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and parents effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
- Monitoring and reporting on students’ progress and behaviour.
- Knowledge and experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) 1:1 or small groups is desirable.
- Qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education, or equivalent would be advantageous.
