Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £70 – £90 per day
Contract Type: Long Term Temporary (may become permanent for the right person)

We are currently recruiting for a Multi Academy Trust client in the Mansfield area, who are looking for teaching assistants to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced teaching assistants looking for a long-term role that could lead to a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Supporting teachers with the delivery of high-quality lessons to primary students
Assisting with planning and preparing engaging and effective lessons
Supporting students with their academic and personal development
Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour
Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Participating in school events and extra-curricular activities
Skills and Experience:
Relevant qualifications and experience as a teaching assistant
Knowledge of the primary school curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and enthusiastic approach to working with children
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Long-Term Role:
This is a long-term temporary role, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right person. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team of staff and make a real difference to the lives of young people in Nottinghamshire.
Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this position is between £70 – £90 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
