Assignment Details
This flexible supply role is available immediately, subject to compliance and clearance. As an Unqualified Teacher, you will support KS3 and KS4 classes across a range of subjects, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
The role offers excellent flexibility, with part-time and full-time opportunities available to suit your availability. Start dates are staggered, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to gain classroom experience or work around other commitments.

As a Successful Unqualified Teacher, You Will Need to:
• Have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (e.g. youth work, sports coaching, NCS)
• Be confident leading classes of pupils aged 11–16
• Demonstrate effective behaviour management skills
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be willing to engage in ongoing professional development
• Work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Be able to commute to Lincoln and surrounding areas
