Cover Supervisor – KS3 / KS4 | Worksop Area
Pay: Up to £600 per week (dependent on experience)
Location: Worksop and surrounding areas
Availability: Minimum 3 days per week
Driving: Drivers preferred (access to a car is highly desirable)

Connex Education is working in partnership with a range of secondary schools across the Worksop area to support their day-to-day and short-term supply needs. This is a flexible role, ideal for individuals seeking consistent work of at least three days per week, with opportunities for additional days depending on availability.

Assignment Details
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise KS3 and KS4 classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain on task and follow pre-set work. Start dates are staggered, and once compliance checks are completed, work can begin immediately. This role offers flexibility while providing regular, reliable work for those available three or more days per week.

Person Specification – Cover Supervisor
• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (education, sports coaching, youth work, mentoring, etc.)
• Confidence supervising pupils aged 11–16 (KS3 / KS4)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable
• Enthusiastic, motivated, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to commute to Worksop and surrounding areas (drivers preferred)
