The Role
We are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the class teacher. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning and upholding high standards of behaviour.
Responsibilities include:
• Supervising whole classes using prepared lesson materials
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensuring students remain on task and engaged
• Providing feedback to teaching staff
• Supporting the wider school community when required

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:
• Have experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
• Be confident leading a classroom
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Be calm, adaptable, and resilient
• Have ambitions to progress within education (desirable but not essential)
• Be able to commute to Nottingham and surrounding areas
