About the role
Connex Education is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant for an immediate start, providing group or one-to-one support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) of all ages.
Assignment Details
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday andtThe successful candidate will work during school hours, providing consistent one-to-one or group support to help the pupils engage and accomplish their personal and school goals

Person Specification
We are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant who can start immediately and who demonstrates:
- Experience supporting children with special educational needs personally or professionally
- A patient and nurturing approach
- Strong behavior management skills
- The ability to build trust with both pupils and staff
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility in adapting to the pupil’s daily needs
While specific qualifications are not required as we provide full training through Connex Academy, previous SEND experience is highly desirable for this immediate start position.
