About the Role
Connex Education is working with a primary school based in Birkenhead, on the Wirral, who are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and committed teacher to support a Year 1/2 class on a full-time basis. This role will begin after the Easter holidays and continue until July, with the potential for opportunities in September for the right candidate.
The main focus of this role is to bring energy and enthusiasm into the classroom. The class require additional support to boost progress in the lead-up to SATs, so the school is looking for someone who can make lessons engaging, inspiring and accessible for all pupils.
This role would suit both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers. The school places a strong emphasis on personality, motivation and the ability to make a real difference.

Assignment Details

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through Connex.
