About the Role
Connex Education is partnering with a two-form entry primary school on the Wirral, seeking a full time Year 6 teacher to start in January 2026. The role will cover a maternity leave and will run until October 2026.
You will work alongside a supportive team, including a classroom Teaching Assistant, year group partner, and dedicated Senior Leadership Team.
Experience teaching Year 6 and supporting them through their SATs is essential.

Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Year 6 in primary schools.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong communication skills with a positive, flexible attitude.
- Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through Connex.
