“Hi, I’m Kevin and I’ve been teaching since 2005 (just over 20 years) but left the classroom, wanting more work/ life balance. During that time, I taught in roles in London/ East Sussex/ Moscow, Russia and the Netherlands (in private schools) as well as across Leeds more recently. I clocked up 10 years in mainstream primary settings and have been in SEND KS3 for the last 10. Quite lucky really to have had so many opportunities! I now work as a daily tutor with 2 autistic young people (11 and 13 yo) which requires quite a personalised, adapted approach in Maths, English and interest-led learning.“
