About The School           

The school is part of large trust which has specialist SEN schools all around the country, The school does have two different sits one for Secondary and one for primary age groups. The school specialises in Autism and behaviours that challenge

Assignment Details

The start date of the role would be starting ASAP, working full time Monday To Friday working across keystage 1 and 3 classes following the primary curriculum. The school are looking for someone with brilliant behaviour management skills, relational /restorative approach. The School is open for staff to come visit the school for a tour.

As a successful qualified teacher you will need the following:

  • Have QTS Status or equivalent qualification
  • Be confident in your ability to lead a class of children aged 11-16 years
  • Be able to work well with challenging behaviour
  • Hold strong communication skills both orally and written
  • Willing to undergo continual professional training
  • Able to work under pressure effectively and ‘think on your feet’
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’ and good sense of humour
  • Be able to commute around Nottinghamshire
