Job Title: Secondary Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant
Location: Boston
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until end of academic year. Temp – perm
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:15 until 3:15 with breaks
Salary: £550 – £600 per week

Vacancy Details:
- Helping support pupils with their school life, help with regulation and engaging with activities.
- Age range of pupils working with 11- 16 years old working children with LD, challenging behaviour SMH pupils
- Purpose built AP department
Candidate Requirments:
- Having Experience working with challenging behaviour
- Advantage to have worked in a pastoral role
- Experience of working with SEND pupils and ability to demonstrate an understanding of SEND requirements
- Full enhanced DBS certificate
- Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process
- The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a teaching assistant
- Working with challenging as care or support worker would be ideal
- CPD within a trust
